Company Profile

Our mission

We strive to design and build customised, environmentally friendly cleaning solutions that are adapted to the specific needs of each customer.

The company:

UNITECH has over 15 years of experience in designing and building high quality cleaning and degreasing machines for a wide range of industrial applications. The headquarters are in the Vallée de l’Arve in the Rhône-Alpes area of France. All the machine building and assembly is carried out in our new, enlarged facility in St Pierre-en-Faucigny, 15km from Annemasse.

We offer a complete range of cleaning solutions:
  • Aqueous based (immersion or aspersion)
  • Solvent based (Perchloroethylene, A3, HFC/HFE ...)
  • SuperCritical CO2
  • Ultrasonic tanks & equipment
  • Robot handling systems
  • Special machines
  • Water & waste treatment systems

The combination of our complete range of technologies and our ability to customise each of our product lines to the customer’s precise requirements ensures that we offer the optimal solution in all cases.

The combination of our complete range of technologies and our ability to customize each of our product lines to the customer’s precise requirements ensures that we offer the optimal solution in all cases. This flexibility, together with the quality and recognised reliability of our lines and automation, have gained the confidence of key customers in defense, medical, pharmaceutical, mechanical, electronic and many other sectors.

Customer focused approach:

We base our approach on a clear understanding of the specific requirements of each customer:
  • Nature of the parts to be cleaned (material, size, shape, features…)
  • Nature of the contamination (oil, grease, dirt, chemical composition …)
  • Cleaning specification (degreasing, de-particulation, rust prevention…)
  • Operating requirements (continual, 2 shifts/day …)
  • Legal/environmental requirements (site operating constraints…)
  • Customer preferences (avoidance of solvents, existing waste water treatment equipment ..)

A tailored process is proposed and testing of actual parts is routinely carried out in our laboratory facilities, frequently in the presence of the customer, with a written report supplied in each case.

In all cases, a technical support engineer liaises with our customers to establish their exact requirements. For further details and to be put in touch with an engineer, please call our central office: +33 (0) 4 37 28 18 00.

Manufacturing approach

We adopt a modular design and build strategy, tailoring each machine to the precise requirements of the customer. All design work is carried out in the engineering department at the headquarters, as is all programming and assembly. Major equipment items are sourced in Europe, ensuring high quality and minimal maintenance intervention. All our machines are thoroughly tested in our facility prior to delivery to the customer and extended guarantees and/or on-going maintenance contracts are offered as requested.
